What is pyroPILATES?

PyroPILATES is a pilates-based, low-impact training system that combines deep core strengthening along with cardiovascularly challenging High-Intensity Interval Training for an intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, and flexibility. PyroPILATES classes are ideally conducted in a heated room (100-105 degrees Fahrenheit) with 30-40% humidity. The class is fun and fast-paced, while simultaneously focusing on body awareness and muscular control. Students enjoy the familiar class format each time they attend but never tire of the series because no two classes are exactly alike.
